1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Ashoka Group of Companies, including but not limited to franchise fees, subscription fees, training fees, service charges, and marketing support fees, are non-refundable. This policy applies to all our brands, including but not limited to TeaMax Cafe, London Kids India, Alphabetz International Preschool, and Edwell Education.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances:

  • Franchise Fees (Initial and Renewal)
  • Subscription Fees for Partner Programs
  • Training & Support Fees
  • Marketing & Branding Fees
  • Technology & Software Integration Fees
  • Consultation & Setup Charges
  • Any Custom Business Service Provided

3. Partner Program & Subscription Fees

For our Partner Programs, including but not limited to TeaMax Partner Program & London Kids Partner Program, the subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

  • Growth Model Subscription: No refunds will be provided once access to program benefits is granted.
  • Starter Model Subscription: No refunds, as the program is designed for a limited period.

4. Exceptions for Refunds

While all payments are non-refundable, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Transaction failure where the amount has been deducted but the service was not initiated.

In such cases, the refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting our support team at info@ashokagroup.org with proof of payment.

5. Refund Processing Time

For approved refunds (only under exceptional cases):

  • The refund will be processed within 10-15 working days.
  • The refund will be made using the same mode of payment through which the transaction was completed.
  • Any applicable transaction fees or deductions by the payment gateway will not be refunded.

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Ashoka Group of Companies reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is the user’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
